- Al-Adhān: By starting our new chapter with Adhān (call to prayer), we invite peace, protection, and guidance into our home. As the Prophet (SAW) said: "Verily when Shayṭān hear the call to prayer (Adhān), he flees to a very long distance place".
- Prayer: Then you do a prayer by saying "Allahumma innī asʾaluka khayra hadhal manzil, wa khayra mā fih, wa aʿūdhu bika min sharrihi wa sharri mā fih." "Oh God, I ask you for the best of this house and the best of what is in it, and I seek refuge in you from its evil and the evil of what is in it".

- Opening the House: Opening the new house with the name of Allah, a lot of supplications and prayer for the homeowner for more blessings & unstoppable wealth.
- Lecture: We teach what Islām says about importance of gratitude, family, and Islamic values in the home.
- Special Prayer: This is the last program where we offer a special prayer to bless the new home and it's inhabitant.
