Upon going to the Masjid/Mosque
Upon going to the masjid/mosque endeavor to make ablution and say this: "Allahumma ijʿal fī qalbī nūran" "O Allah put light in my heart".
Upon getting to the masjid
When entering the masjid/mosque you should say: "Allahumma iftaḥ lī abwāba raḥmatika" "O Allah open the gate of your mercy for me".
