Duʿāʾ For Provision/Wealth
Wealth in Islām is considered a blessing from Allāh, it is also seen as a test. Muslim are encouraged to:
- Earn ḥalāl wealth
- Use wealth wisely
- Avoid extravagance
- Give Zakāh (charity)
To seek for provision/wealth, endeavor to say: "Allāhumma urzuqnī rizqan ḥalālan ṭayyiban mubārakan" "Oh God, grant me a good and blessed ḥalāl livelihood".
Duʿāʾ to Overcome Poverty
To seek for Allāh's blessing, wealth, provision, mercy and to overcome poverty, endeavor to recite: "Allāhumma ikfinī bi ḥalālika ʿan ḥarāmika wa agninī bi faḍlika ʿamman siwāka" "Oh Allāh suffice me with what you have allowed from what you have forbidden, and make me independent of all others beside You".
