Duʿāʾ For Good Health
In Islām, health is considered a sacred trust from God, requiring a holistic approach that integrates physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Muslims are encouraged to maintain good health through practices like regular exercise, good nutrition, and hygiene, while also avoiding harmful substances such as alcohol and tobacco. Preserving one's health is viewed as a religious duty to be able to fulfill God's command.
To seek for health and to become more healthier endevour to say "Allahumma ʿāfinī fī badanī, Allahumma ʿāfinī fī samʿī, Allahumma ʿāfinī fī baṣarī, lā ilaha illā anta" "Oh God, heal me in my body, oh God, heal me in my hearing, oh God, heal me in my sight, there is no God but you".

Duʿāʾ For Healing From Illness
Facing a chronic sickness, diesease or illness and you need a divine health and healness endeavor to recite: "Allhuma rabban nās, adhhibil baʾs, washfi, antash shāfī, lā shifāʾa illā shifāʾuka, shifāʾan lā yugādiru saqaman". "Oh Allah, Lord of mankind, do away with my suffering. Heal (me) as you are the only Healer and there is no cure except that of Yours, a healness that does not leave ailment behind".
